With 20 years of experience in the construction industry under his belt, Greg appreciates and understands the vital role of Project Engineer [PE]. Today, as PE Operations Manager, he leads the charge in setting Project Engineers up for success—focusing on development, growth, and establishing mentorships. Greg’s ability to recognize and appreciate diversity in personalities and skills among the group helps cultivate a learning environment that leaves plenty of room for exploration and innovation. Outside of work, Greg's go-to pastimes include mountain biking, fly fishing, and cooking for family and friends.

Joaquin Aburto

Joaquin approaches each day on the jobsite with a people-first attitude, emphasizing the importance of a collaborative team culture in finding efficient solutions and creating a learning environment for everyone. One of his favorite aspects of construction is that he leaves each workday having learned something new from his teammates. When he’s not out in the field, you can find Joaquin adventuring in the PNW with his 5 kids.

With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and adjacent stakeholders, making him a trusted and respected leader whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion.

As an Executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a wide spectrum of market sectors, Bill enjoys helping our highly capable builders lean into their relationships and take the responsibility needed to help our clients and partners succeed. Trained in architecture, he’s sustained an appreciation for design and has helped advance internal tools and technologies that help make GLY more proactive partners through every facet of a project’s life cycle. Today, Bill supports our Preconstruction + Estimating, VDC, and Marketing + Business Development teams and serves several community organizations focused on Education. He’s an avid cyclist, gardener, and family guy.

Trevor Lunde

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.

Since joining GLY in 2010, Nate has been a valuable member of our Tool + Equipment Yard team, playing an integral role in the smooth operation of our projects. In addition to his supervisory duties, Nate also supports projects through GPR scanning services. Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. He is passionate about all types of outdoor activities, particularly those shared with his family.
